Membership Terms and Conditions


I understand that this program is for personal use vehicles only, registered under the members name and is valid for one vehicle & one wash per day. Taxis, limos, business and other professional vehicles will be priced differently. Any abuse or excessive use may result in cancellation from the program. Sunshine Superwash retains the right to discontinue any customers participation in the membership plan for any reason. The Sunpass program is based on an average monthly usage. This is in order to maintain the integrity of the program, the cost of the program and the Sunshine City’s environmental concerns of wasted water and sewage. The terms and conditions of this agreement, including monthly rate are subject to change. The sticker must be affixed to the interior of the windshield on the Drivers side to be valid. Tampered stickers will not be accepted.

The member agrees to pay the 1 Month start up fee. The membership does not expire after the 1 Month period. Memberships automatically renew each month & are charged to your debit or credit card. You may change or cancel any plan after the first month, by talking to an attendant or completing the online form. Cancelling does not entitle you to a full or partial refund or credits, but your pass will be valid for the remainder of the current paid month. If a plan is used during a month and or a charge goes unpaid, the customer is responsible for the full month.

Memberships are non transferable. The member may not sell, assign or transfer this agreement to anyone. Assignment or transfer shall be null and void. Member must notify Sunshine in any change in vehicle ownership. Lost or stolen tags are the responsibility of the member & need to be reported to Sunshine Superwash.

Membership customers are not eligible for refunds or credits if the car wash is closed to due inclement weather or maintenance.
